I had an online consultation recently with Dr Wilde, after not getting anywhere with my own GP and thankfully he has been able to treat me for my menopause issues. This has been ongoing for a long time and I’m just so grateful that he understood me and was able to get me on the medication I needed. Fast forward a few weeks and I’m feeling great. Thank you so much Dr Wilde, it's life changing for me. Dr Wilde has so much empathy and is very calm and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in booking in again with Dr Wilde.

He patiently listened to me. Guided me to his diagnoses. Gave me reading material to go through and explained the medication. I will definitely recommend him

The Doctor was listened to my symptoms and was most attentive . He greatly informed me with clarity and professionalism , which was much appreciated. He has a very caring attitude, which combined with his apparent knowledge was most impressive.

Profile

I am a 2nd generation medical doctor with a simple approach to the practice of medicine; be approachable, friendly, empathic and try to get it right first time. Getting it right is more than simply arriving at a diagnosis and management plan. It includes observing patients in their entirety; their ideas, concerns, hopes, expectation and understanding. Ensuring a deep understanding of the condition they present involves a process of checking what indeed they have understood from our interaction.

I completed my general practice postgraduate training in 2004 in Southeast England at the Kent Surrey and Sussex Deanery and achieved a Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017.

I am a private general practice doctor in Hertfordshire with 25 years NHS working experience. I was in general practice partnership for 5 years and single-handed practice for 6 years. I supported my local urgent care and overnight emergency care service for 6 years whilst also piloting studies integrating primary care into hospital emergency departments, city ambulance services and care homes. I have supported drug and alcohol addiction services and HM Prisons across south-east England through my career.

I have led community child and adult mental health multidisciplinary teams and developed multiple areas of special interest. These including the management of acute medical conditions, chronic diseases, thyroid disease, menopause, elderly care, sexual health, health screening and travel medicine

I currently work with the Hertford and Rural Primary Care Network conducting morning virtual clinics and afternoon in-surgery appointments across 5 practices in East Hertfordshire.
